PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involves the refurbishment of the original Foster & Partners building built 20 years ago. With a BREEAM sustainability performance of “Excellent”, it aims to offer versatile 118, 000 ft² of office environments and 9,500 ft² of retail space, located between the “Silicon Roundabout” and the City.
Wi Columns have been adopted as alternatives to traditional windposts due to their structural performance, adaptability to design changes and inherent fire-rating.
