Wembley Innovation designed the Masonry Wall Construction by utilising the WI Beam and WI Column systems to achieve the required loadings with minimal disruption to the aesthetics of the internal finishes.
We were able to omit the requirement for the use of Windposts and concrete lintels on the entire scheme. This was a major benefit bearing in mind the effect too many movement joints would have on tiling and connections. This was especially important due to the 37°C temperature differential within the swimming pool environment. In addition, it allowed the M&E design optimum flexibility in the positioning of services.
