Wembley Innovation were able to offer an alternative to standard masonry support by being involved at the early design stage. Over 300 lintels and Windposts were replaced by a series of Wi Columns and Beams which resulted in substantial cost and programme savings for the Client.
This building is one of the first inner-city buildings in the UK to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ sustainability rating. The building has been designed to maximise the environmental benefits of its location. An energy efficient ventilation system and solar panels will ensure low carbon emissions and reduced running costs.
